Time is of the essence and the importance of taking this seriously cannot be over emphasized. When you and your agent are in the middle of negotiations, being available by cell, text message, or email is vital. Minutes matter! Sometimes, just a quick “yes” or “no” is all that is needed to move to the next step. Without communication, valuable time can be lost and a sale or purchase missed.
